A Presidential Executive Order, whether constitutional or unconstitutional, becomes law simply by its publication in the Federal Registry. Congress is by-passed.

This means that the government may, upon declaration of a state of local or national emergency, seize any of the above, private or otherwise, including manpower.

Staff Sergeant Girouard was reported to Monroe County Sheriff Bill Bivens on Tuesday as kidnapped by Army officers and unlawfully imprisoned at Fort Leavenworth.

Defense Department encorachment into civilian law enforcement

The Constitution forbids civilian-military partnerships in criminal law enforcement operations.

The mission of the DEFENSE DEPARTMENT is to defend America against her foreign and domestic enemies...the DOD mission does not extend to enforcing her CRIMINAL laws!

These admissions are very serious:

"Today's announcement demonstrates that our commitment to rooting out fraud in the Department of the Army is stronger than ever," said Brigadier General Rodney Johnson, the commanding general of the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command. "This plea agreement should send a crystal clear message that we will aggressively pursue allegations of wrongdoing wherever the leads take our special agents. We will continue our fight against fraud and our unwavering commitment to the Department of Justice and our fellow agencies who stand shoulder to shoulder with us in this fight.

"Today's criminal action demonstrates the ongoing commitment of SIGIR and the U.S. Army -- Criminal Investigation Command to aggressively pursue those who have committed fraud and bribery in connection with the U.S.-funded effort to rebuild Iraq," said Stuart W. Bowen, Jr., Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction (SIGIR). "We owe nothing less to the dedicated military and civilian personnel, and contractors who are serving, or have served, in Iraq, and to the Iraqis, and, of course, to the U.S. taxpayers."

Brigadier General (one star) Rodney Johnson and Inspector General Stuart W. Bowen perjure their oaths to the Constitution. If We The People do not repair this serious breech of the civil-military relationship, it will widen to the complete abandonment of our constitutionally founded government.

Crimes committed against the U.S. government--no matter the branch of government--are actionable in peacetime only by civilian law enforcement officials.

Our Constitution commands it.

A WITNESSED INTIMIDATION AND PHOTOGRAPH

The unannounced and unsolicited Secret Service deployment of Special Agents Finn Ahlberg and Tim Gray to Carl Swenssen's place of business yesterday afternoon was witnessed.

Gray and Ahlberg sit in the Atlanta, Georgia Secret Service office (Department of Homeland Security).

Ahlberg is described as 6 ft. tall, dark hair, a young Charles Bronson look alike.

Special Agent Ahlberg took Carl's picture.

Today Special Agent Gray announced in a telephone conversation that the Secret Service was conducting a background check on Carl to determine Carl's threat level to the impostor Obama.

Note well: Carl is enduring a more aggressive and intensive background examination than that experienced by Mr. Obama.

SECRET SERVICE KNOWS OBAMA WAS BORN IN AFRICA! CARL SWENSSEN'S UPDATE

Secret Service Special Agent Roland McAmis told me the Secret Service had no jurisdiction to arrest and cause to be prosecuted Mr. Barak Hussein Obama for Treason.

On 23 April 2009, FBI special agents from the Joint Task Force on Terrorism visited one of Carl Swenssen's neighbors in Atlanta.

Today Secret Service special agents who asked not to be publicly named for fear of reprisal betrayed themselves and Obama by expressing their knowledge Obama wasn't born in America.


Carl writes:

"[Secret Service Special Agents] approached me [today at 2:30 pm local] because [as I believe] they were instructed by someone in U.S. Attorney's office for Georgia's Central District. I can only assume it came from U.S, Attorney Wood.

"No names were given but badges were flashed and they were who they said they were.

"When I asked their names they asked for what purpose and I clearly stated I would post them on my web site. They both refused and I could have asked them to leave at that point but chose not to and I'm glad I didn't.

"We engaged in the constitutional definition of the term Natural Born and they were woefully ill prepared for my responses.

"The Secret Service special agents cited Article II Section I and said that there was gray area concerning the definition of Natural Born Citizen.

"I quickly showed them the definition as printed in the Laws of Nations and more specifically...Thomas Jefferson's definition posted on my web site.

"They were taken aback by my firm grip on the meaning and had to change course.

"One asked me how many favorable responses I had received from the Judges and I responded none at which point he said if I had tried that many times why didn't I just give up.

"I then asked if they had taken the oath to the Constitution and they agreed they had.

"I then reminded them that we now have Domestic enemies and asked what they planned to do about it. The sound of crickets was deafening. I reminded them that I was exercising my rights under the Constitution and they agreed I have every right to do so and furthermore I can continue doing this for as long as I wish.

"Their halfhearted attempt to dissuade me went nowhere so they finally cut to the chase.

"They were called out to make sure there was not a credible threat to the [impostor] president and I assured them that what all of us are doing is the last peaceful means of redress.

'What if that doesn't happen they asked?'

"I answered not and told them this was my focus as it is with thousands of others across the country and that I am certain I/we will be successful.

"They left asking just one question.

'If someone were to tell me they intended to do the [impostor] president harm, would I report it?'

"I respond in the affirmative.

"What I took away from that meeting was that these agents didn't know the Constitution as I do and they had some soul searching to do.

"I am proud to be on their radar.

"They specifically asked me not to give out their names for fear of reprisal.

I will honor that."

"I was paid a visit by the Secret Service today at 2:30 PM EST. They were cordial and asked questions about my motives and my basis for our actions which I happily relayed.

I talked with them (they had it with them) about the Presentments and Commander Fitzpatrick's criminal complaint and they said they had been called by the autorities (whoever THEY are) in the Central District of Georgia obviously related to my travels through that section of the State last week.

I was told that I/we are well within our rights to take this action."

• The kidnap and unlawful imprisonment of Army Ranger, Staff Sergeant Raymond Lee Girouard (see Steele's March),
  

• Counselor Anitia Gorecki's theft of approximately thirty thousand dollars from the Sweetwater, Tennessee community (Monroe County). Sweetwater residents hired Gorecki to defend Staff Sergeat Girouard. Gorecki betrayed Ray, and stole $30k from the folks who paid her, and
  

• The federal criminal complaint naming Mr. Barack Huessin Obama in commission of the crime of TREASON.

For what it's worth, I reported to Sheriff Bivens the kidnap and unlawful imprisonment of Army Lieutenant Michael Behenna.

Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies Chase Nipper and Jeff McMillian were disptached as directed by Chief Deputy Sheriff Brian Graves. Deputies Nipper and McMillian were here for fifteen minutes (1501 -1516 hours local (EDT)), and were presented with a binder of documents supporting the report of criminal conduct.

A copy of the OBAMA federal criminal complaint was included.

Mr. Obama and his criminal assistants are "remaking" our form of constitutional government by strict application of the rules of men.

“ 'By prosecuting Ahmed Ghailani in federal court, we will ensure that he finally answers for his alleged role in the bombing of our embassies in Tanzania and Kenya,' Attorney General Eric Holder said in a statement." (NYT)

Ahmed Ghailani's alleged terrorist and treasonous criminal adventures occurred in Kenya and Tanzania.

It is Mr. Obama's order to try Ghailani in a New York Federal Court. Mr. Obama was directly and intimately part of the decisional process.

"The decision to try Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani in New York stemmed directly from the review ordered by President Obama in January of the cases of all 240 terror suspects held at the Guantánamo detention center." (NYT)

Mr. Obama and Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani are TREASONERS sharing in the crime of TREASON.

Mr. Obama knows Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani's TREASON results from Ghailani's warring against the United States.

Mr. Obama knows his TREASON results from his condition as a foreign-born domestic enemy.

Mr. Obama adheres to enemies of the United States.

Mr. Obama gives aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States.

Mr. Obama admits to me he was born in Kenya.

I'll go out on a limb here sharing my belief that Ghailani was born on the African continent as well as Mr. Obama.

We know with certainty Ghailani--like Mr. Obama--was not born in the United States.

We know with certainty that Army Ranger, Staff Sergeant Raymond Lee Girouard and Sergeant of Marines Lawrence Gordon Hutchins--unlike Mr. Obama and Ghailani--were born on American soil.

We know other members of our American armed forces--locked up today in military prisons such as Fort Leavenworth--were born in the United States.

I called U.S. Senators Corker and Alexander yesterday. I called U.S. Representative John Duncan. The three men are my Tennessee legislators at the federal level. I called state legislators Senator Randy McNally and Representative Jimmy Matlock.

I also called Tennessee State Representative Frank Nicely. Rep. Nicely does not represent me but has taken a stand against Mr. Obama's citizenship status.

Here I put to you the same question I put to my state and federal law makers:

Why is foreign born Ghailani enjoying more protection under
the U.S. Constitution than men like Sergeants Girouard and Hutchins members of our U.S. armed forces and men who were born in America?

Incidentally, in case the point passed you by without notice, Mr. Obama's affording the protection of a federal court under the U.S. Constitution to Ahmed Ghailani--Mr. Obama's fellow countryman--is but another proof of Mr. Obama's TREASON.

Providing the protection of a real judge and a real jury to Ghailani is providing aid and comfort to an enemy of the United States.

Meantime, men and women of our American armed forces are locked up as innocents the result of attainder courts-martial where guilt is the living thing.

Real judges and juries who preside over the federal courts in places like New York are not employed in an attainder courts-martial convened anywhere.

Then this chilling observation: In but another application of Mr. Obama's rules of men, a policy and practice of attainder for all Americans is currently being discussed in the White House.

The White House! A venue whereupon Mr. Obama has taken up illegitimate residency.

Allow me to gently suggest

force state and federal law enforcement officials and state and federal law makers to serve upon Mr. Obama this evicition notice.

The hearing lasted for approximately 4 hours and the tally was unanimous: All 18 jury members voted to indict Obama.

Wednesday, May 13, 2009, the indictment was filed with the Clerk of Court, Catawba County, NC (file #09R81) and a copy of the indictment was sent by Certified Mail to District Attorney James C. Gaither (NC District 25B), for further action according to his Oath of Office.”

Mr. Obama's teleprompter was alerted.

Mr. Robert Hefner reports in a separate action that the Obama federal criminal complaint, naming Mr. Obama in commission of the crime of TREASON, was sent via Certified Mail-Receipt Requested, to District Attorney James C. Gaither of North Carolina District 25B.

Jim Garrison

In 1921, Jim Garrison was born with the name Earling Carothers Garrison in Denison, Iowa. When he was still a child, his family moved to New Orleans, where he grew up.

In 1941, Jim Garrison joined the U.S. Army, and in 1942, he was commissioned as a lieutenant in the field artillery. After receiving tactical flight training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, he served during World War II as an artillery pilot in France and Germany. After World War II, he attended Tulane Law School in New Orleans, where he obtained both Bachelor of Laws and Master of Civil Laws degrees. Soon after, Jim Garrison joined the FBI as a special agent in Seattle and Tacoma, where he checked out the loyalty and associations of applicants for employment in a defense plant. Being dissatisfied with this work, he later returned to New Orleans and the law profession. He held the post of assistant district attorney from 1954-58. From 1958-61, Jim Garrison worked as a trial attorney. In 1961, he entered the race for district attorney of New Orleans and won in a runoff.

On March 3, 1962, he took office as district attorney of New Orleans. He remained district attorney through 1973. Three days after President Kennedy was assassinated, D.A. Jim Garrison arrested David Ferrie as a possible associate of Lee Harvey Oswald and turned the investigation over to the FBI. In the fall of 1966, Garrison reopened his investigation into the JFK assassination, after speaking with U.S. Senator Russell Long from Louisiana. Long told Garrison that it was his opinion that Oswald could not have acted alone. Garrison soon connected Oswald to Guy Banister, David Ferrie, and Clay Shaw.

During the summer of 1963, Oswald worked in Banister's office and was seen with Clay Shaw and David Ferrie in New Orleans and Clinton, LA. In March of 1967, Jim Garrison arrested and charged New Orleans International Trade Mart director Clay Shaw with complicity in the murder of Pres. Kennedy. From 1978-88, he was Judge of the Court of Appeal in New Orleans. In 1991, he contributed to the creation of the story used in the movie "JFK", which was about his investigation into the JFK assassination. On October 21, 1992, Jim Garrison passed away in New Orleans.

Two Secret Service special agents came to my residence two months ago, on 19 March 2009, as directed by James Russel Dedrick, United States Attorney for the Eastern District, Tennessee. Dedrick and his assistant, attorney Edgar Schmutzer, triggered the Secret Service alert and reaction upon receipt of my federal criminal complaint naming Mr. Obama in commission of the crime of TREASON. Dedrick reported me a threat to the imposter Obama.

The two Secret Service agents, escorted by two local police officers, arrived at eight minutes before 3 o'clock in the afternoon. They all left 'bout an hour later.

I'm still here.

It's been two months.

Mr. Obama admits his TREASON.

Today, at 12:40 p.m, Justice Department officials visited this website as captured and recorded in the posting beneath. Their search took them directly to this page and its comments.

The search words used: "WHO CAN BRING CRIMINAL COMPLAINT?"

I'm able to report to you that federal government officials of all descriptions, and especially those at Mr. Holder's Justice Department, are working furiously to make the federal criminal complaint naming Mr. Obama disappear.

I opine one tactic is to quash complaints quietly and without further notice by disqualifying people attempting to remove Mr. Obama from office by force of law.

What more do you need to see or hear?

Our Constitution no longer works. Our government, however contemporaneously described, has turned against its people.

Our response must be to force law enforcement officials to do their jobs. It's that simple.

Memo to Fayetteville Observer staff writers Drew Brooks (reporting on the Hennis attainder court-martial) and John Ramsey reporting on this military disciplinary hearing:

The Executive Order known as the Manual for Courts-martial makes no provision for judges or juries. Hence the description for peacetime military disciplinary hearings is properly--ATTAINDER COURTS-MARTIAL (pay attention here men).

The unnamed spokesperson in Mr. Ramsey's article lied. S/he is also wrong regarding Article 32 disciplinary hearings. Art. 32s filter nothing. An Article 32 work product results always in a non-binding recommendation presented to the more senior officer considering an attainder court-martial. This is so even when, in rare appearances, a formal 32 hearing officer presides.

Congressional legislation Mr. Ramsey reports is unconstitutional. Peacetime courts-martial are the products of assorted, proscribed bills of attainder. America's War Articles apply only when constitutionally recognized judges and juries cannot assemble.

Do your homework gentlemen!

How to file an indictment, presentment or criminal complaint:

MR. ROBERT HEFNER WRITES:

If anyone is afraid to file a presentment, let me dispel their fears with an account of how I did it.

Upon entering the county courthouse I had to go through a metal detector to assure the deputy sheriff on guard that I was not carrying a pocketknife. I passed with flying colors. If he had only known what was in my file folder.....

On entering the Clerk of Court's office, I was greeted by one of the employees and asked if she could help me. I handed her the presentment and told her that I would like to file it and receive a file number and receipt. She looked at the presentment and got a funny look on her face, then took it to a superior (that "funny look" was priceless). She returned within a minute and told me that it was a Federal concern.

I asked, "Fraud is no longer a crime in this state?". She said someone else would have to help me and headed toward the "big office."

In a few minutes, she was back (without the presentment) and asked me to take a seat.

Ten minutes later, the head clerk came out of her office with a yellow form, handed it to me, wrote the file number on my copy and directed me to the cashier. I paid the "copying fee" of $8.25 and headed for Rite Aid drug store to use their copying machine.

Nothing to it!

I made a copy of the presentment with the file number, put the original in a manila envelope and mailed it to the District Attorney via "Certified Mail, Receipt Requested".

Mission accomplished!

Now news of the indictment is all over the 'net. How embarrassing for our non-president.
