By the way, this quashes all concerns burdening folks who believe there are in progress efforts to "construct" a family history and paper trail in another fraudulent attempt to conceal OBAMA/SOETORO's real life history.

Now, let's consider these questions offered from the JAG HUNTER audience: "BOB and JEN in New York"--

*So, IF that's the case, then exactly what birth certificate is being sealed and vaulted at the demand of Mr. Obama...for all that money being spent on attorneys?

*And, if they were "discarded in 2001", then why did the State of Hawaii and all those officials NOT mention that throughout the years of this raging original birth certificate controversy?

*Exactly how did the "CNN researchers" find this out?

*Does this mean that CNN "researchers" were allowed to search the state's records while others were not? (No equal access?) *By the way, then no one on Mr. Obama's "team" knew either?

*How coincidental that this "news" comes out not long after LCDR Fitzpatrick and Major Cook BOTH made charges against Mr. Obama without military repercussions.

*This would be a tad more believable if the statement came from the State of Hawaii officials and not CNN...who, quite frankly, is risking all of its credibility and advertisers.

*And, of course, Does this then also mean that ALL of his records everywhere in the world have been "discarded" too?

Those are just a few of the additional questions that now ALSO need substantiated answers, which just seem not readily forthcoming.

The more "they" (CNN, MSNBC, etc.) "report", the more fuel they add to the fire.

Curiously, where is FOX through all this and especially Glenn Beck?

As the massive Internet scrubbing operation continues, new stuff just keeps popping up.

ModernGhana.com reports: that Obama is expected to announce a major foreign policy for Africa during his historic two-day visit to Ghana, beginning Friday, July 10, 2009.

Although Mr Obama has made foreign policy pronouncements for some parts of the world since assuming office in January, this year, he is yet to make one for Africa, and his visit to the country, which the White House describes as "one of our most trusted partners in sub-Saharan Africa", is expected to be used as a platform to unveil his foreign policy for Africa.

"It is expected that President Obama will make a major foreign policy statement on Africa," Ghana’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alhaji Mohammed Mumuni, told the Daily Graphic.

For Ghana, Obama's visit will be a celebration of another milestone in African history as it hosts the first-ever African-American President on this presidential visit to the continent of his birth.

Did you catch that last part?

"...the continent of his birth."

Once again, I have to ask,

"HAVE WE SEEN AND HEARD ENOUGH?"

What is it going to take for average Americans to wake up and stand up? Whatever it is, it hasn’t happened yet!

OBAMA WAS BORN IN MOMBASA, KENYA!

Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: "No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States."

There are numerous questions as to Obama's citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!

Documents that must be produced include;
(a) a certified copy of "vault" (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
(d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
(e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
(f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.

It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.

These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available.

So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?

And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi, what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers.

It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A : Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.

1) He traveled with a U.S. Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981.
Conclusion:

When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims.
And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Whatever the truth of the matter,the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008..

Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

If you Don't care that Your President is not a natural born Citizen and in Violation of the Constitution, then [ignore] this and go into your cocoon...

Is Obama Transparency Americans Can Believe In?

Little did I realize that when I wrote an open letter to Shepard Smith of Fox News that it would generate the enormity of feedback that it has. Thank you, and thank God that there are people who are still awake.

Many have expressed well founded disappointment and outrage at "Shep." Although was, and remain interested in applying pressure on him, it was not and is not my only purpose to exact an apology for his childish backhand. Rather, it was to build a fire and motivate him and Fox News to actually conduct a serious Fair and Balanced, in-depth investigation regarding Obama's eligibility to hold the office of President. A major part of that is to apply pressure for Obama to release all of his personal records, including applications for various educational programs, applications for passports, financial records, medical records, scholastic transcripts, written papers, adoption records, naturalization records, birth records, hospital records, travel and etc.

Those who have served in uniform have a special interest in the eligibility issue given legitimate questions that range from transparency that Obama summarily trashed from day one, to the validity of his assertion that he was born in Hawaii. Any patriotic American, especially those from Missouri, want him put it to rest factually, without gamesmanship and political spin.

Unlike most politicians, those who served or serve in the Armed Forces today have a special connection to the issue given their sworn allegiance to the Constitution, submission to the authority of the Commander-in-Chief and the obligation to risk ones life at the Commander-in-Chief's command, in the vital interests of the United States.

The posted birth certificate is a problem although that is not all. I acknowledge that at first blush I accepted it without question. However, after learning that Philip Berg, a democrat and supporter of Hillary Clinton planned to bring suit in Federal Court that was impetus for me to look at the issue dispassionately. It was then that I discovered legitimate questions that have not been answered and issues that had not been put to
rest; that is, other than the Shepard Smith "baseball bat" approach.

Much has been written, so it is not my purpose here to conduct another review. It is evident to anyone with any knowledge of the subject that Obama, the real source of the problem and the one who could immediately put the matter to rest, refuses to do so. Unfortunately, that singular fact raises the "B.arbra S.treisand" flag and heightens the tension about the legitimacy of his and his Administration's Federal oath of office. Like he did to the fly, he should put the eligibility issue to rest quickly, and that could be done with the release of all his personal data.

Unfortunately, as long as the Federal Judiciary, that branch of government that comprises the bulwark against tyranny, refuses to act on the "establish justice" provision of the Preamble to the Constitution and address the matter, it will at the least, fester. Substantive questions should be directed, in writing, to the Public Information Officer, Supreme Court of the United States, Washington, DC 20543.

As far as I can tell, Soetoro / Obama is STILL fraudulently acting as the President of the United States! When are you going to STEP UP and put pressure on him to PROVE his eligibility?!?! Maybe you need to pressure Congress?!?!?! At this point, you have all been duped!

So far as a news organization who is SUPPOSED to be focused on stories and uncovering the truth, and believe it or not, you are saddled with the responsibility of helping to protect the American People, you have failed! Does the expression “to who much is given, much is required” sound familiar? You have proven yourself to be worthless! More than HALF of the American population believes that Obama needs to prove himself and you stand by waiting to pick up the scraps from the newest story! What a waste as a reporting agency you have turned out to be!
