Now on the attorney's blog, Kerchner has written, "The federal courts and judges are committing treason to the Constitution by not taking jurisdiction and getting to the merits in the various cases before them regarding the Article II eligibility clause question for Obama."

TWO QUESTIONS on TRESON AS COMMITTED BY ILLEGAL ALIENS

But what if Treason was committed by an illegal alien? Has Mr. Obama's citizenship not been in question? Would this still be considered Treason and would the U.S. maintain jurisdiction even if Mr. Obama is in this country illegally?

MY RESPONSE

Mr. Obama publicly swore an oath and his allegiance to our United States Constitution. Obama's perjured oath is TREASON against the Constitution, no matter Mr. Obama's citizenship status.

Mr. Obama perjured the same oath as a U.S. Senator.

False impersonation, criminal impersonation is no defense in prosecution of crimes committed by Obama the "actor" as an "actor."

My Obama' posing as president is addressed directly in the criminal complaint:

" Now, in yet another betrayal, you [Mr. Obama] have broken into and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an imposter president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment."

Incidentally, these questions go directly to the heart of the matter. Simply stated:

Mr. Obama can't be the president of the United States and its commander in chief precisely because Mr. Obama is an illegal alien!

Now these rhetorical questions in return: What makes anyone think Mr. Obama is an illegal alien? What proofs or evidences do we hold?

Then this: How many illegal aliens do ya think are locked up in federal prisons today for breaking other U.S. federal laws? And how do you think they got there? How does their citizenship status apply?

Mr. Obama's criminal adventures--riding with his outlaw gang--travels a very long and winding trail that leads nowhere else but to the terminal offense of TREASON. Obama's criminal conduct is massive. Mr. Obama's counterfeit citizenship status is the proximate cause of Mr. Obama's TREASON!

I have observed and extensively recorded invidious attacks by military-political aristocrats against the Constitution for twenty years.

Now you have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit.
