But what if Treason was committed by an illegal alien? Has Mr. Obama's citizenship not been in question? Would this still be considered Treason and would the U.S. maintain jurisdiction even if Mr. Obama is in this country illegally?
MY RESPONSE
Mr. Obama publicly swore an oath and his allegiance to our United States Constitution. Obama's perjured oath is TREASON against the Constitution, no matter Mr. Obama's citizenship status.
Mr. Obama perjured the same oath as a U.S. Senator.
False impersonation, criminal impersonation is no defense in prosecution of crimes committed by Obama the "actor" as an "actor."
My Obama' posing as president is addressed directly in the criminal complaint:
" Now, in yet another betrayal, you [Mr. Obama] have broken into and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an imposter president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment."
Incidentally, these questions go directly to the heart of the matter. Simply stated:
Mr. Obama can't be the president of the United States and its commander in chief precisely because Mr. Obama is an illegal alien!
Now these rhetorical questions in return: What makes anyone think Mr. Obama is an illegal alien? What proofs or evidences do we hold?
Then this: How many illegal aliens do ya think are locked up in federal prisons today for breaking other U.S. federal laws? And how do you think they got there? How does their citizenship status apply?
Mr. Obama's criminal adventures--riding with his outlaw gang--travels a very long and winding trail that leads nowhere else but to the terminal offense of TREASON. Obama's criminal conduct is massive. Mr. Obama's counterfeit citizenship status is the proximate cause of Mr. Obama's TREASON!

I don't want to discourgae or tell you something you already know. I have been listening to your radio shows and this is what I think.
I understand that you are willing to be court martialed.
Remember Mike News?
He disobeyed an order to wear a blue beany and salute a foreign commander. He has a website.
Basically after 13 years of courts, he lost because they don't play fair.
They prosecuted him on disobeying an order and would not allow the why he disobeyed the order. This is so obsurd. It is as obsurd as being required to repeat an order but the receiver doesn't have to verify it is correct. Yes this is true in a different agency. That's our loving Feds.
So just wanted to state, that they don't play fair.
They are not going to arrest Obama. And they probably won't arrest you either. They are ignoring again.
If you are arrested and court martialed be prepared for injustice. I am sure you know about this.
US attorneys are appointed by the President. Don't expect any help from them.
Continue with your quest but I am afraid the only way you can force them to arrest you is if it goes on the mainstream media.
You might try doing a YouTube and send it to many military to go viral.
