I received a disturbing letter last Friday (25 January 2008) from a resident in the Jackson Park housing area supporting Navy Base Kitsap (near Silverdale, Washington, my former residence).

The letter reports awarness on the part of Jackson Park residents over the past 36-months of a "growing problem with sexual predators and child molesters in the local (Kitsap county, Bremerton-Silverdale, Washington) Navy community."

The letter continues...

"I am writing now to you because we have become aware of a sexual offender living in Jackson Park...I called the navy housing office to complain" and was warned..."[If you value your family's future in the navy] you won't bring this up again."

The letter continues...

"I also found out that another high-ranking officer from [Submarine Base Bangor - near Silverdale] is under investigation for sexual crimes, and that a catholic navy chaplain was just under investigation for sexual crimes, but these people were of the right rank and had the right friends and were allowed to retire early. No harm done to them."

"I'm writing to you because of [these] issues which the navy chain of command and the media [in and around Kitsap county] haves chosen to ignore...[we are] very upset [and too] scared to tell anybody."

Sergeant of Marines Tim Harrington called with an update. Tim reports sources attending Sgt. Hutchins' court-martial heard Lance Corporal Robert Pennington testify yesterday in service to the government's fiction regarding enemy contact in Hamdania, Iraq on 26 April 2006. Tellingly and predictably, Pennington can't remember the BIG LIE and has stumbled through his government suborned perjury and is now caught in multiple contradictions to earlier statements.

NCIS agents, members of JIM CONNOLLY'S NCIS EDITORIAL BOARD, forced Pennington to rewrite his plea-deal statement three times before it was accepted for NCIS court-martial use.

Lt. Col. John Baker, puppet prosecutor working for Lt. Gen. James Mattis, came unglued when Pennington went off-script describing Marine Corps training techniques at the USMC "VIPER SCHOOL" for urban warfare. "DEAD CHECKS," Pennington said, are taught as standard operating procedure. Pennington also related that Sgt. Lawrence Hutchins was not on-scene during the brunt of the fire-fight, but instead monitored the situation by radio as narrated by Pennington who was in the fight.

The only shots Sgt. Hutchins fired were in accordance with his strict Marine Corps training, in defense of himself, in defense of his men, and well within Sgt. Hutchins' rules of engagement.

JIM CONNOLLY IS A LIAR! MEMBERS OF CONNOLLY'S GOON-SQUAD ARE LIARS!

Sgt. Hutchins is telling the truth!!

Lt. Gen. JAMES MATTIS, the WARRIOR MONK, is directly responsible and accountable for this entire outrage. MATTIS perfectly describes what I've described as a criminal in command and part of a military RICO (racketeer influenced corrupt organization). Army Maj. Gen. Antonio Taguba has described the same group of senior officers as a military "Mafia" in Taguba's interview with Seymour Hersh!!!

Two days ago, in a separate court-martial ceremony of Marshall Magincalda, Pennington performed like a circus monkey wrestling on the floor with a crash-test-like dummy. Pennington's circus act was intended to "visualize" the government's fiction.

Lt. Col. Baker, unannounced to to the defense or hearing officer, attempted the performance again yesterday in the Hutchins' military hearing. The hearing officer closed the show, disallowing Pennington to grovel on the deck with Baker's "visual aid."

Private First Class John J. Jodka, III and Lance Corporal Tyler A. Jackson testified Wednesday that Jim Connolly's NCIS henchmen coerced Jodka's and Jackson's written statements. Lance Corporal Pennington is the third Marine reporting NCIS criminal conduct publicly. Connolly, called to the stand Wednesday, was dismissed by the hearing officer within minutes. CONNOLLY is already tangled up in perjury. CONNOLLY is expected recalled to the stand in the Hutchins court-martial to finish up his prosecutorial dirty work.

It's expected CONNOLLY will be read his Miranda rights next time CONNOLLY shows his face.

Worth remembering is that Hutchins' platoon commander, Second Lieutenant Nathan Phan, was forced to speak statements against self-interest while military officers, including at least one JAG, destroyed Phan's computer records. These same records are believed exculpatory and could have been used in Sgt. Hutchins' defense.

Destruction of Phan's thumb drive is a criminal act!

JAMES CONNOLLY'S NCIS TEAM RIGGED ALL THE HAMDANIA MARINES' COURTS-MARITAL!!

"Under questioning from the judge overseeing Hutchins' case, Jodka said that agents with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service encouraged him to include lies in a statement he gave when he agreed to describe the details of the plot and what had happened to Awad.

'Did the NCIS, with their heavy-handed tactics, convince you to make that statement?' asked Lt. Col Jeffrey Meeks, the military judge.

'Yes, sir,' responded Jodka, who pleaded guilty in exchange for testifying against his squad mates.

Meeks twice used the term 'heavy-handed tactics' when referring to questioning by criminal investigators, and twice Jodka agreed that they had falsely shaped pieces of his statement.

Jodka said he adopted the falsehoods because the agents told him it might make his story 'look better.'

Among the falsehoods was a statement that there was division in the squad about going along with the slaying plot, Jodka said."

Tim Harrington, my good friend and fellow JAG HUNTER, called last evening with news directly from the hearing room of Sgt. Larry Hutchins court-martial with this news. NCIS Special Agent Connolly was called to the stand and dismissed by the hearing officer after only five minutes interrogation by Rich Brannon.

Tim (former Segeant of Marines - "Flightline") reports we've seen only the first few ow-level explosions in an ammunitions magazine containing thousands of high-explosive ordnance nearby. Stand by for sympathetic explosions that will make the Port Chicago tragedy look like a child's sparkler (go look it up).

JIM CONNOLLY and his NCIS buddies have covered-up the use of forced and forged confessions for decades. Their cover-up is used to allow guys like Connolly to reenact the tactic to ensnare military men like Sgt. Hutchins in service to political expedient and self-aggrandizement.

"Yesterday, military judge Lt. Col. Jeffrey Meeks twice asked Jodka if NCIS agents used 'heavy-handed tactics' to attribute statements to him that were inaccurate but helpful in the case against Hutchins.

'Yes, sir,' Jodka replied. In particular, he said agent Kyle Casey inserted information that 'would look better in the statement.' ”

JAG HUNTER here: NCIS Special Agent James H. Connolly is contemporaneously suffers under a federal criminal complaint filed with the NCIS, Defense Criminal Investigative Service, and FBI. Connolly's tactics, and those of his playmate NCIS agents, have been complained about for nearly 100 years. Congress, and the press have ignored these complaints allowing NCIS agents to become emboldened, polished, and sophisticated in forcing statements under duress (or creating them outright through criminal impersonation) themselves all but immune from criminal consequence!

U.S. Attorney John Mckay was working aggressively on the Law Enforcement Information Exchange program (LInX) in March 2005 when I filed my criminal complaint against NCIS Special Agent James H. Connolly. Connolly worked out of the Silverdale, Washington Pacific Northwest regional NCIS headquarters. Special Agent Scott Jacobs was in charge at the time, Conolly's boss.

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service had resurrected the LInX program by providing funding the DOJ was hard pressed to pony up. SAC Scott E. Jacobs worked on the prototype LInX program using the Pacific Northwest geographic footprint as the initial test bed. NCIS, in fact, had taken the lead on the LInX project. I filed my criminal complaint against Connolly with the local Silverdale office of the FBI (Special Agents Patrick Gann and Stephanie Gleason - both still here). Pursuing the criminal complaint against Connolly ran the risk of focusing bright sunlight on the operation of the NCIS in local communities (local policing), and on their overall operation. More than that, my criminal complaint opened up the door on an investigation into a much larger criminal business, and was sure to seriously threaten, if not quash outright the planned launch of the LInX program. So the FBI (DOJ), the NCIS, and the DODIG ignored and stonewalled the complaint of a felony crime.

Special Agent Scott E. Jacobs was handsomely awarded by way of promotion for his successfully development and launch of LInX. Navy admirals awarded U.S. Attorney John McKay, before getting fired, the highest citation that can be given a civilian. Special Agent Ernest A. Simon holds an equivalent NCIS management position for criminal investigations.

NCIS Special Agent James H. Connolly is the supervisory special agent in charge of the Camp Pendleton Eight (HAMDANIA, IRAQ) investigation and is expected to testify in a matter of days in the court-martial of Marine Sgt. Lawrence Hutchins that begins tomorrow.

REGARDING THE CINC's CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION OF MY NAME

The case illustrates the tangled trail identity theft can leave, said Rocky Delgadillo, the city attorney, although he called this one “extraordinary” both for the duration of the fraud and the number of crimes traced to Mr. Rogge under his assumed name.

JAG Hunter here: Unfortunately this isn't the case regarding the commander in chief's criminal impersonation of my name committed also in 1990 covered up by, among others, the FBI, the NCIS, and Navy JAG ever since, and to this very moment.

With the capture of this clown in Los Angeles last week it's well to say the duration of the CINC's fraud is even more enduring and the number of crimes traced to the Oval Office even more numerous and supremely more serious than those of the common street thug behind bars in L.A.

But so what?

In the situation regarding this punk caught after seventeen years eluding there's described a process wherein a crime may be reported, investigated, pursued, and eventually prosecuted as appropriate.

This juxtaposed to our military society of government where no like system exists; none!

Theft no matter how small is prosecutable. Forgery--identity theft--committed by any person is a crime. That is except in the case when committed by the commander in chief (known to you as our chief executive, the president of the United States), or any of his very senior military governors.

I'll leave it to readers to consider the larger, dark consequences that attach to the operation of one government within another--both in competition--while I repeat here and extend my exposition of the commander in chief as himself a criminal in command...the leader of so very many other criminals in military command.

I extend and renew my exposition naming Commander in Chief George W. Bush a criminal as a commissioned officer, United States Navy (Retired), fully subject to recall to active duty and court-martial under the UCMJ.

I believe this to be first instance in the history of our military establishment whereupon a subordinate commissioned officer has named and publicly advanced a sustainable criminal case against an incumbent commander in chief (who's acting in concert with the two immediately preceding CINCs) regarding his criminal conduct as CINC.
