"The Presiding Judge, on the Hutchins case,has ordered a two-week continuance of the "Hearing".

"The three former Defense Counsels, all USMCR officers, now on inactive duty, were called to the stand. Military prosecutors spent hours questioning Sergeant Hutchins' former military defense team as to their recollection regarding whether Hutchins was properly advised as to his protections and whether Sgt. Hutchins was given proper notification, that one of his Defense Attorney's was being released "no-notice" to inactive duty, prior to Hutchins GCM in 2007.

"The reason for this continuance is Richard Brannon's failure to show at this week's proceedings. Attorney Richard Brannon was Sgt. Hutchins' the lead civilian counsel.

"Hearing officials are attempting to contact civilian Brannon who lives and practices out of Georgia.

"The Presiding Judge and both counsels are interested in what Brannon has to say concerning his knowledge of the case and his defense of Sgt. Hutchins.

"From a layman's view point it is very apparent now as it was, during Hutchins general court martial that a lot of folks are very confused about the Hamdania combat episode.

"At the GCM, there was mass confusion as to who disigned the mission and who ordered the mission executed.

"That coupled with the fact the Convening Authority, needed a "patsy" and Hutchins ended up,being the "patsy".

"There appeared to be a lot of command influence involved, such as a statement made by the Convening Authority, to the parents of another member of the Pendleton 8, "even if it had been Bin Laden, they killed, it would have been wrong".

"That tells me that the CA had the Pendleton 8 pegged, as guilty, even before they went to trial.

"Other things, such as the presiding GCM hearing officer not allowing evidence to be heard that certainly would have gotten the panels attention, all favorable to the accused.

"Who authorized the immediate destruction of the thumb drive on the Lt's Phan's personal computer for instance?

" 'Commander's Intent' remains a subject of extraordinary interest so far left in the shadows.

"If someday, somebody will make a decision for a new court martial, we could blow a whole lot of holes in the government's case and hopefully get Hutchins restored to active duty as was Marine Sergeant Brian Foster just weeks ago.

"Sergent Foster served 9 years in Leavenworth until military officials realized it was all a mistake.

"If a new court-martial is convened I would order the following people to take the stand, the former 3/5 BnCdr, CoCdr, PltCdr & PltSgt and the former 1/1 BnCdr. The Platoon was OPCON to 1/1, at the time.

"My understanding is that Hutchins will remain confined in the Camp Pendleton Brig for the next two (2) weeks, rather than be sent back to the United States Disciplinary Barracks, Fort Leavenworth, or kept at the Camp Pendleton Brig until Richard Brannon is located. Counselor Brannon was Sergeant Hutchins' lead civilian defense counsel at the GCM.

"The Hutchins family have extended their stay, here, until after Brig visitation on Sunday evening (23 August) and then I will drive them to the airport for a night flight home. They are very tired at this point.

It's reported Richard Brannon agreed to testify this week at Sergeant Hutchins' hearing petitioning for a new court martial.

Brannon didn't show. Brannon didn't notify anyone he wasn't going to show. Today the word is that military authorities have requested the assistance law enforcement to locate Brannon.

Richard Brannon's criminal conduct regarding his defense of Sergeant Hutchins is aggressively reported and public record.

Terry and Deanna Pennington are grandparents.

Robert Pennington, their son, raped two people. First there was the teenager, impregnated and now a mother of one.

Next there was the rape of Sergeant Hutchins.

The rape of the teenage girl led to the rape of Larry Hutchins, Rob Pennington's sergeant and squad leader in Hamdania, Iraq.

Sergeant Hutchins sits today--ATTAINTED--at the United States Disciplinary Barracks, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

Naval Criminal Investigative Service Special Agent James H. Connolly, senior investigator in the Hamdania series of courts-martial (the Camp Pendleton Eight), needed and dragooned Rob Pennington's false testimony against Sgt. Hutchins to support Connolly's fabled ghost story.

Pennington's rape of the girl was handled very quietly on the civilian side. But Pennington was an active duty Marine--on leave--at the moment of conception.

Military detective Jim Connolly found out about Pennington's rape having direct access to Pennington's civilian criminal through a new military-civilian joint data base constructed as part of the Law Enforcement Information Exchange program. With the LINX info in hand, Conolly threatened Marine Pennington with a court-martial on the girl's rape should Robert be tempted to do the right thing, and truthfully testify in defense of Sergeant Hutchins.

Pennington the coward, Robert the rapist saw to it instead that Sgt. Hutchins was imprisoned as an innocent man.

Terry and Deanna retained David Brahms as civilian defense counsel.

Brahms is a retired brigadier general (one-star officer) who retired from the Marine Corps as the Judge Advocate, Marines (JAM).

David Brahms raped Sergeant Hutchins too. Brahms is as much a coward as Rob Pennington. Both men disgrace the U.S. Marine Corps. Both men are criminals.

Terry Pennington tried to contact me two weeks ago. Grandfather Pennington knows that I know what his son did.

Both the Pennington grandparents are ranging around like cockroaches in the night trying to keep the lid on the crimes of their son, the crimes of the NCIS, the crimes of Jim Connolly, and the crimes of David Brahms.

The Pennington grandparents, doncha know, paid David Brahms a lot of money to work out Connolly's ghost story that attainted Sgt. Hutchins, and imprisoned an innocent man, and ruined an innocent family.

This is the THE AMERICAN MILITARY LEGACY OF ATTAINDER absent any judicial oversight, or credible law enforcement to hold command racketeers accountable.

NCIS-like, Connolly-like coercion and evidence tampering tactics were used in the case against Army Ranger, Staff Sergeant Raymond Girouard, and Marine Corporal Kevin Holt to name just two examples. In the Staff Sergeant Girouard circumstance, Army CID goons siezed a collection of lap top computers from Girouard's men, then claimed to find child porn. Witnesses against Girouard were strong-armed to testify against SSgt. Girouard or face courts-martial on fictional child pornography charges.

Connolly and other NCIS agents used the same stunt against Sgt. Hutchins.

The porn accusations remain unproved.

NCIS agents tampered with blood evidence in Marine Kevin Holt's court-martial. Navy-Marine Corps officials repeatedly refuse to allow any modern DNA testing Holt insists will clear him.

Hutchins, Girouard, Holt, and so many others could be home by Christmas only if military officers were obedient to their oaths.

Then we could get on with the task of putting the real criminals behind bars, with a real jury's permission of course.

Exculpatory evidence that did exist was suppressed or destroyed (CONNOLLY'S collection of DNA samples, chain-of-custody paper trails, forensic laboratory and autopsy reports, Lt. Nathan Phan's extensive computer records, and unmanned airborne vehicle (UAV) camera footage). The UAV film is publicly reported to completely clear the Camp Pendleton Eight.

Sergeant of Marines Tim Harrington called with an update. Tim reports sources attending Sgt. Hutchins' court-martial heard Lance Corporal Robert Pennington testify yesterday in service to the government's fiction regarding enemy contact in Hamdania, Iraq on 26 April 2006. Tellingly and predictably, Pennington can't remember the BIG LIE and has stumbled through his government suborned perjury and is now caught in multiple contradictions to earlier statements.

NCIS agents, members of JIM CONNOLLY'S NCIS EDITORIAL BOARD, forced Pennington to rewrite his plea-deal statement three times before it was accepted for NCIS court-martial use.

Lt. Col. John Baker, puppet prosecutor working for Lt. Gen. James Mattis, came unglued when Pennington went off-script describing Marine Corps training techniques at the USMC "VIPER SCHOOL" for urban warfare. "DEAD CHECKS," Pennington said, are taught as standard operating procedure. Pennington also related that Sgt. Lawrence Hutchins was not on-scene during the brunt of the fire-fight, but instead monitored the situation by radio as narrated by Pennington who was in the fight.

The only shots Sgt. Hutchins fired were in accordance with his strict Marine Corps training, in defense of himself, in defense of his men, and well within Sgt. Hutchins' rules of engagement.

JIM CONNOLLY IS A LIAR! MEMBERS OF CONNOLLY'S GOON-SQUAD ARE LIARS!

Sgt. Hutchins is telling the truth!!

Lt. Gen. JAMES MATTIS, the WARRIOR MONK, is directly responsible and accountable for this entire outrage. MATTIS perfectly describes what I've described as a criminal in command and part of a military RICO (racketeer influenced corrupt organization). Army Maj. Gen. Antonio Taguba has described the same group of senior officers as a military "Mafia" in Taguba's interview with Seymour Hersh!!!

Two days ago, in a separate court-martial ceremony of Marshall Magincalda, Pennington performed like a circus monkey wrestling on the floor with a crash-test-like dummy. Pennington's circus act was intended to "visualize" the government's fiction.

Lt. Col. Baker, unannounced to to the defense or hearing officer, attempted the performance again yesterday in the Hutchins' military hearing. The hearing officer closed the show, disallowing Pennington to grovel on the deck with Baker's "visual aid."

Private First Class John J. Jodka, III and Lance Corporal Tyler A. Jackson testified Wednesday that Jim Connolly's NCIS henchmen coerced Jodka's and Jackson's written statements. Lance Corporal Pennington is the third Marine reporting NCIS criminal conduct publicly. Connolly, called to the stand Wednesday, was dismissed by the hearing officer within minutes. CONNOLLY is already tangled up in perjury. CONNOLLY is expected recalled to the stand in the Hutchins court-martial to finish up his prosecutorial dirty work.

It's expected CONNOLLY will be read his Miranda rights next time CONNOLLY shows his face.

Worth remembering is that Hutchins' platoon commander, Second Lieutenant Nathan Phan, was forced to speak statements against self-interest while military officers, including at least one JAG, destroyed Phan's computer records. These same records are believed exculpatory and could have been used in Sgt. Hutchins' defense.

Destruction of Phan's thumb drive is a criminal act!
