In this mid-August JAG HUNTER memo Sheriff Joe and all law enforcement officials were put on notice that OBAMA-SOETORO was replacing our Constitution in favor of his own unwritten edicts that go to enforcing what OBAMA-SOETORO finds "socially just."

Reported last week is that "the Maricopa County sheriff, who has drawn scorn and praise for a running crackdown on illegal immigrants in this city’s metropolitan area, said Tuesday that federal officials had taken away his deputies’ authority to make immigration arrests in the field."

As forcasted OBAMA-SOETORO, the King, has subjected you Sheriff Joe and your deputies to capture and captivity for enforcing standing constitutional laws King OBAMA-SOETORO decrees objectionable as "socially unjust."

THIS WARNING AGAIN: Appreciate the enormity of what is now publicly declared. Federal government officials are making up (reforming) laws as they go, without need for the Congress, overseen by Czars, and unbounded by that pesky old thing we know as The Constitution.

Law enforcement officials nationwide, most especially the sheriffs, must take direct notice.

OBAMA-SOETORO publicly announced abandonment of our Constitution in favor of his unwritten edicts that go to enforcing what OBAMA-SOETORO finds "socially just."

In OBAMA-SOETORO's brave new world the King's agents are free to subject you Sheriff Joe to capture and captivity for enforcing standing constitutional laws King OBAMA-SOETORO decrees objectionable or "socially unjust."

For instance--blocking in any way an illegal immigrant's "pathway to U.S. Citizenship" represents an offense under the openly declared reincarnation of the Divine Right of Kings to be practiced and enforced by King OBAMA-SOETORO.

"Within the Department of Homeland Security we have Citizenship and Immigration Services. USCIS is part of us...[IMMIGRATION] pathways are being streamlined...we have been asked to look at reforming the laws that exist.

Thought I'd pass this along in hopes of disturbing the public tameness regarding OBAMA-SOETORO'S naked abandonment of our Constitution.

It was announced Tuesday America is now lawless, living instead under the rule of our new King OBAMA-SOETORO.

Alerting you I trust will in turn incite an alert and alarm to every other County Sheriff--every other law enforcement officer for that matter--regarding our new state of affairs.

Then maybe those folks can pass the word to their respective local communities regarding our new lawless and outlaw circumstance.

Regarding the Constitution--all bets are off.

OBAMA-SOETORO has made ex post facto law new again. Arrest you today...find a reason why later...maybe.

"We are not going to sit by at the Department of Homeland Security and wait for change in the laws...we can reform what we're doing as we wait for reform in the law, and that is exactly what is going on."

I take for granted there is time for you to sound the alert before you're captured, whisked off, and disappear!
