Report on Marine's death leaves questions

"I am very concerned about the inconclusive information that (Tomorio) Burkett's family received from the Pentagon about his death," U.S. Rep. Louise M. Slaughter, D-Fairport, said in a brief statement. "Like all the citizens of Buffalo, I continue to mourn the death of this soldier."

Slaughter vowed to contact the Pentagon for a more complete explanation of the tragedy if the family's questions are not answered quickly.
