Marine MP charged with abuse of his infant child...NCIS assisting in the investigation

The Daily News, Jacksonville NC:

"Lance Cpl. Brian James Moore, 20, of Corey Court, was charged with two counts of felony child abuse inflicting serious injury. He was placed in the Onslow County jail under $50,000 bond, said Jacksonville police detective Harry Evans."
