Decision expected Thursday on pilots charged in bombing of Canadian troops in Afghanistan

NEW ORLEANS -- An Air Force general's decision is expected to be released Thursday on whether two F-16 pilots will face a military trial for mistakenly bombing Canadian soldiers last year in Afghanistan, killing four.
