Soldiers: Akbar not shooter

FORT KNOX, Ky. - The man who ran out of the Kuwaiti darkness early March 23 and shot Army Capt. Christopher Scott Seifert in the back did not look like Sgt. Hasan Akbar, the man charged in the attack that killed two and wounded 14 others, two witnesses testified yesterday.
