So these JAG HUNTER observations and questions go out to the "reasonable," the "common man" -- You hear an intruder in you home. You get up and get your gun to investigate the noise prepared to defend yourself in the event of confrontation.

You pad into the living room, you're confronted. The invasion is real. Your enemy is real!

With gun in hand, family tucked away to be defended, do your first instinctive thoughts go to whether your enemy--in your home with your family-- is committing a little crime or a big one?

So why--tell me--is this Oregon man in jail?

And whatever happened to his gun?

Thus to the "common man," the "reasonable man..." FIGHT BACK or you're next!

Guard units train for militia attacks

During the battalion's annual training exercise, eight members of the Jefferson City-based unit, acting as a fictitious militant group, attempted to disrupt the battalion's operations through attacks and harassment.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State..."

Silas Allen, author of this article, is a National Guardsman sworn to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Allen reports that he and his National Guard cohorts have decided that the Constitution is no longer operative and no longer worthy of their allegiance or defense.

To Missouri National Guardsmen a "well regulated Militia" is now regarded as a group of "militant...insurgents." Recall a "well regulated Militia" in Missouri represents a threat to Missouri civilian police.
