Mr. Evans' published indictment of SOETORO-OBAMA in the crime of TREASON is completely in keeping and extraordinarily supportive of the STANDING CRIMINAL COMPLAINT. When the day comes THE TREASONER SOETORO-OBAMA stands in the dock at his TREASON TRIAL, Mr. Evans' testimony will be most valuable...but ONLY IF Mr. Evans chooses to become a more active participant.
The 17 March 2009 criminal complaint naming SOETORO-OBAMA in his TREASON is republished above as requested.
Federal officials continue to ignore the criminal complaint now over seven months old.
American Grand Jury Presentments (formal accusations) naming SOETORO-OBAMA in his TREASON are all ignored for as long a time.
Two attempts to testify before the MONROE COUNTY (Tennessee) GRAND JURY were aggressively obstructed in August and September (now part of a criminal complaint filed with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) office - Knoxville, TN).
The criminal complaint naming SOETORO-OBAMA in his TREASON was filed with Richard L. Lambert--Special Agent in Charge FBI Knoxville--last week. SAC LAMBERT received the filing on Wednesday, 14 October. SAC Lambert is thus far unresponsive.
