MARINE CAPTAIN DON GREENLAW UPDATES SERGEANT LARRY HUTCHINS' SITUATION

Now Captain Greenlaw's report -

All:

I received a phone call from Pvt.
Hutchins in Fort Leavenworth &
also from his parents. Larry had
been released after a few days
in the medical dispensary. Evidently,
he was beaten from behind, quite
severely. He said his ear was almost
torn off.

He was visited this a.m. by Commandant Colonel Gray, who is in charge of the Disciplinary Barracks. Obviously, some- one got through to the Colonel, about the seriousness of this attack, on Pvt Hutchins.

The Colonel checked on Hutchins well-being and assured him, this would in no way, be detrimental to him at his next parole hearing to be held at Leavenworth, sometime this month.
(I would hope not).

That report will be forwarded to the Clemency & Parole Board in Washington, D.C. and will be considered at their next meeting.

Hopefully, prior to year-end. Pvt Hutchins figures, if he is granted a parole, the earliest he would be
released would be Jan 2010. He has guaranteed employment awaiting him should he be released, which is a big plus factor, with the parole board.

Thanks to all of you who became a part of our latest battle on behalf of Pvt Hutchins and our continuing battle on behalf of all members of the Pendleton 8, LtCol Chessani & SSgt Wulhrich.

All were very bad calls on the part of our gov'tand the Marine Corps, for allowing themselves to get involved, in this low-life charade.

UPDATE: MARINE SERGEANT LAWRENCE GORDON HUTCHINS, III

*General David Brahms:

I just received a phone call from Kathi Hutchins, Mother of Pvt Hutchins.

She was distraught and in tears, to the point that she could hardly talk.

She had just received a call from her son, Larry, at the United States Disciplinary Barracks, Fort Leavenworth, Ks.

Sergeant Hutchins told his Mother that he had just been released from the hospital. Larry stated that he was sitting in his cell with ear phones on, listening to music, when all of a sudden he was attacked from behind by a black inmate, from across the cell block.

Larry said that he was unaware that another inmate had placed a wedge, at the point of closure, to his cell door and with ear phones on, and his back to the cell door, he did not hear this individual enter his cell.

Apparently, this individual grabbed Hutchins around the neck and threw him to the cell floor and beat him severely.

I have placed a call to Sergeant Hutchins' Congressman, (Congressman Bill Delahunt and his Counsel John Kivlan) requesting an investigation.

I also placed a call to Leavenworth, but it was after hours. I talked to a Sergeant 1/C, but naturally he was not about to say anything. He gave me the number of a Mr. Istes, Director of Prisoner Affairs (913) 758-3669 and requested I call after 0800 tomarrow. I don't think he will discuss this incident with me, because I am not immediate family. I am requesting Mr. & Mrs. Hutchins to call Istes in the a.m.

This is the second such incident, since Hutchins incarceration, at Leavenworth, each involving a black inmate. Sounds like they have some gang activity going on out there.

Hutchins is still a United States Marine, has not been discharged and I feel someone, at the HQMC level should look into this.

Sir, sorry to bother you with this, but some type of action has to be taken.

JAG HUNTER correction: The deployment of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) was one year ago, June 2008.

My mistake. My responsibility!

Still, nothing changes! The significance of the date change goes only to the sequence of events. The larger concerns remain unaltered.

Multi-national troops deploy to the Southwestern states next month because of civilian indifference and apathy displayed up till now as it goes to the burning of our Constitution!

The relevant point here is that the deployment of foreign troops into Texas, Okalahoma, New Mexico, and Arkansas next month must be stopped!

The Constitution either is, or is not our Law of the Land.

During the KATRINA aftermath American troops took guns away from U.S.Citizens in naked and brazen outlawry against those Citizens and our Constitution.

The weapons were not returned.

The policy of preventative detention intended to be made more robust in the future was used successfully to detain by attainder Citizens in a New Orleans stadium.

New Orlanders didn't fight back, and no one was able to help them escape.

You must understand that right now, as armed foreign and domestic troops are deployed on American soil and in American communities, NOTHING...I SAY AGAIN...NOTHING prevents those armed foreign and domestic forces from turning on and taking over those communities.

NOTHING!

U.S. Army troops deployed to the streets of Samson, Alabama in March. No one gave it enough notice.

Maybe, after reading this, the folks in Geneva County Alabama might reconsider their apathy and inaction.

Tonight U.S. Marines are showing you how they plan to take an American city like Indianapolis, Indiana.

Next month armed forces from America and Australia, and Canada and Great Britain and Mexico are training fully armed troops against U.S. citizens who, the armed military forces eagerly anticipate will be nearly completely unarmed in the days ahead because you (the frogs) are going to allow it.

Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas are the next objectives.

Pay very close attention regarding the disguise: A military urban warfare multi-national "coalition"combat operation is to be conducted under the guise of a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) training exercise!

PAY ATTENTION! FOCUS!

YOU'RE WATCHING IN REAL TIME, IN YOUR HOME CITY STREETS THE REMAKE OF THE FILM "THE PIANIST"!

Our government is out of control! Multi-national combat troops are comin' to your neighborhood very soon if not already.

You've been warned over and over again about "command racketeers" no more obedient to the Constitution than Mr. Obama.

The escalation of U.S. troop deployments on American soil is unmistakable as it was predicted and is totally unnecessary (note to the folks in Geneva County and Samson, Alabama).

Pay attention! Troops were alerted and then dispatched in a fast reaction drill landing soldiers on Samson streets in mere minutes back in March (pretending a need to deploy against a lone, crazed civilian shooter).

But no Army response was tripped-wired when a black male Muslim shooter walked into a Little Rock, Arkansas military recruiting office last week to shoot two soldiers, wounding one, killing the other.

I should observe Attorney General Eric Holder, on behalf of the impostor president, publicly declared days ago that the black Muslim male shooter from Little Rock is going to receive kit glove handling because he's a Muslim!

Special treatment nothing like our American servicemen experience who are locked up without trial or jury in attainder courts-martial (as in the case of Sergeants Girouard and Hutchins).

My colleague--Sergeant of Marines Timothy Joseph Harrington--has joined forces in the past three years telling you about Marine General James Mattis' urban warfare combat tactics, being secretly developed in Iraq, eventually planned for use on the homeland.

Sergeant of Marines Lawrence Gordon Hutchins, III and Army Ranger Staff Sergeant Raymond Lee Girouard are attainted (preventatively detained) at Fort Leavenworth specifically because they had knowledge Gen. Mattis needed to remain secreted regarding the development of the "Warrior Monk's" urban warfare combat plans and tactics and the intended use of those plans and tactics.

Tonight, in Indianapolis, Indiana you are watching those chickens roosting in frenzied abandon as the Warrior Monk's combat tactics are being demonstrated in plain view on American soil!

Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard, a retired Marine Colonel, pacifies us in his false assurance that all's well.

In Geneva County--Samson, Alabama, Assistant District Attorney Steven Smith reported he thought it was mighty fine those Fort Rucker troops dispatched as quickly as they did! Smith is an Army JAG Reservist!

All you frogs out there, be once again warned! Military men masquerading as civilians okaying troops running around you communities with guns--while demanding to take yours--have no business in civilian public office. Allow them to continue to serve in public office at your peril.

I can't get through to the invincibly ignorant--THE FROGS--but maybe I can get through to a few. American military commanders are working furiously with Mr. Obama to destroy our constitutional form of government. You are empowered with the force of law to remove Mr. Obama from office for his self-admitted crime of TREASON.

After Mr. Obama we move on to the NEXT series of mission objectives wherein our government continues to be returned to the people. But I gotta tell ya, we've got a lot of work to do!

As Marine Sergeant Tim Harrington observes, there are many reasons for Mr. Obama's TREASON. Allowing an enemy within to fester, infect, and become septic creates a reason to deploy U.S. and foreign troops on our Homeland. Especially in an environment wherein federal government operatives are doing all the can to disarm the Citzenry.

Or, U.S. troops will be used against U.S. Citizens should those Citizens finally wake up and fight for the Constitution.

Sergeant Harrington asks me..."Who is this man Obama? Where has he come from, what has he done or accomplished? What does he believe? Who does Obama really answer to?

Tim continues: Only the extant criminal complaint for TREASON will uncover the facts!"

America is in the midst of a national emergency. The Constitution and our constitutional form of government are in extremis (Latin for "at the point of death").

Who's in command of our military tonight?

Certainly it isn't...
