Command racketeers plan to bring Malik to an unconstitutional attainder court-martial.

Complicating matters is that OBAMA the Muslim is constitutionally prohibited from punishing any person under the jurisdiction of America's War Articles (known to most as the Uniform Code of Military Justice - UCMJ).

The punishment power Congress invested in the commander in chief over America's armed forces ceases to exist in an impostor chief executive who renders the office of president vacant.

OBAMA can't convene an attainder court-martial because OBAMA himself is a foreign-born domestic enemy. Again, OBAMA IS an impostor office holder.

Then there is of course that pesky constitutional detail regarding the issue of ATTAINDER.


OBAMA must be arrested now then tried for TREASON.

Nadal must be transferred to civilian federal jurisdiction and tried for TREASON and MURDER.


And that's just where we begin to get back to the Constitution!

- STANDARD FLU  =  36,171 flu-related deaths occurred per year

- ALCOHOLISM =  36,000 approx per year

Ask yourselves why it's the United States of America that's the ONLY nation in the ENTIRE WORLD to declare a "NATIONAL EMERGENCY" because of the flu? 

Be clear...be very clear on your answer! 

An answer immediately appreciated by this writer is because SOETOTO-OBAMA isn't a "president" someplace in AFRICA!
