USMC - The Camp Pendleton Eight

NBCSanDiego.com Blog: Military Not Pursuing Death Penalty Against Marine

"Shumate, 21, joined the Marine Corps straight out of high school. The military has charged Shumate -- along with six other Marines and a Navy corpsman -- with murder in the death of a 52-year-old Iraqi last spring. Hashim Ibrahim Awad was shot to death in a hole near a dusty road west of Baghdad."

JAG Hunter here: Lance Cpl. Jerry E. Shumate's Jr. home is in Matlock, Wa., near Shelton. Those who wish to help can contact Friends of Jerry!

As it happens I personally know Naval Criminal Investigative Service "beyond boundaries" (BB) Special Agent James H. Connolly.

Connolly, with fellow BBs Scott E. Jacobs , Ernest A. Simon, and L. J. Beyer (NCIS Inspector General) are all protecting former Rear Admiral John W. Bitoff, Commander Timothy W. Zeller, and Marine Corps Captain Kevin M. "Andy" Anderson in an ongoing criminal enterprise centered around a forged confession commissioned by Bitoff, and consummated by Zeller and Anderson.

These men are joined in their criminal conduct by Navy Judge Advocate General Bruce Macdonald (Navy TJAG).

BB Connolly lead a team of four armed NCIS agents who personnally threatened me on the afternoon of Thursday, 3 March 2005.

As already observed on these JAG Hunter pages, the criminal investigation of the The Camp Pendleton Eight is severely compromised.

Stay tuned! And pay attention!
