JAG Hunter bullet: Press reports (some linked below) tell us an unnamed U.S. Army soldier stood before a secret court-martial held September 2003 in Iraq. The soldier was convicted in the shooting death (described as "excessive force") of an Iraqi prisoner. The guard was reduced in rank and discharged from the Army...but did no prison time.
