"Westmoreland's own Sgt. 1st Class James H. Williams was arraigned last week, entering pleadings of not guilty to charges of armed robbery and dereliction of duty while serving in Iraq one year ago. An Article 32 court martial trial (sic) is scheduled to begin in Fort Campbell, Kentucky on July 12, 2004."
