Panel Convicts Private In Anthrax Vaccine Case

A military panel in Fort Drum, N.Y., didn't take long to return a verdict against an Army reservist Wednesday.

It took just 40 minutes to find Pvt. Kamila Iwanowska guilty of disobeying an order to take the anthrax vaccine.
