U.S., Moussaoui face off in court in a constitutional clash

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- When Zacarias Moussaoui became the first person indicted in the Sept. 11 terror plot, no one could have guessed that his prosecution would tie the U.S. criminal justice system in knots.
