Marine CWO indicted in murder

A Marine Corps [Chief Warrant] officer from Yuma, using the cover of postwar operations in the Middle East, tried to kill a fellow leatherneck in Kuwait last month with a hand grenade as part of a murder conspiracy with his comrade's wife, according to federal grand jury indictment.
