DEAR MR. RAPPAPORT

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE (ATTORNEY GENERAL HAS DONE ANYTHING OR IS GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT OBAMA OR ARE WE BATTING ZERO???  

IT SEEMS AS IF OBAMA HAS EVERYONE IN HIS 
POCKET !!!

I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE LAWS OF THIS COUNTRY CAN NOT BE HELD UP TO STANDARD. 

DO WE MAKE LAWS AS WE GO????  

THE GOVERNMENT HAS THEIR OWN LAWS THAT ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE LAWS FOR US COMMON FOLK.  

IT SEEMS TO ME WE HAVE DOUBLE STANDARDS. 

WHY IS IT JOHN MCCAIN HAD TO PROVE HIS ELIGIBILTY BUT NOT OBAMA...

STATE REPRESENTATIVE RAPPAPORT'S RESPONSE

Dear Mr. Garneau,

I have an appointment with the New Hampshire Attorney General (AG) on Tuesday [27 October] at 3 pm.  So far as I know, nothing has been done.

I called Attorney General Jim Kennedy who I thought was supposed to handle this matter, but he was out and did not return my call.

I will relate that to the AG on Tuesday [27 October].  My discussion with the AG will center around two matters, one of them is a private matter raised by one of my constituents and the other is Mr. Obama's eligibility to be President.

I plan to raise these issues:

1.  I have birth copies of two birth certificates which purport to be from Kenya.  Are they genuine?

2.  The Supreme Court ruled in the early 1800's that a natural born citizen was one with two birth parents, both of whom held American citizenship.  The same criteria was held up in 2008 when eligibility of Mr. McCain was questioned by Congress.  Mr. Obama, in his book, states that his father was Kenyan. 

3.  Mr. Obama traveled to Pakistan some years ago when Pakistan was on our enemies list and travel was forbidden.  Which passport did he use?

4.  Mr. Obama attended school in Indonesia which claimed to admit ONLY Indonesians and NO foreigners.  Was Mr. Obama Indonesian?

5.  Mr. Obama has used multiple social security  numbers.

If any of the above are true, then it is my belief that fraud was committed upon the voters of New Hampshire.

So far as the other issues you have raised, I have no answer.  I can only continue to assert the charges to the proper authorities.  I have done so and I will continue to do so.
