Judy-I thought of all of these ramifications also, but the Constitution must be obeyed no exceptions. It is like spitting on the graves of all who fought for our country since the Revolutionary War. No matter how bad it is or will become we have to face the truth come what may. Can you imagine Usurper # 2, 3 etc.?
