Marine wants jury trial in Awad killing: Magincalda asks that panel include enlisted men

Magincalda, 23, told the judge presiding over his case, Marine Col. Steven Folsom, that he wanted to exercise his right to have the jury of service members who will hear his case include some of his peers.

Our chief executive, wearing his military uniform known to us all as the commander-in-chief, is authorized to act directly against all military people (and now tens of thousands of civilians) without the permission of a jury. The practice is called: ATTAINDER.

Tell Mr. Walker, for me, should he find the word "jury" anywhere in the Articles of War (a.k.a. UCMJ), IN any edition of the Manual for Courts-martial (MCM), or in the JAG Manual (JAGMAN), I'll eat a Sunday edition of his North County Times.
