In pleading guilty to the conspiracy to obstruct justice charge, Jodka admitted he willingly took part in the agreement that Hutchins laid out for the men as they gathered in a palm grove at about 7 p.m. on the evening of April 25. Awad was killed at around 1:30 a.m. on April 26.
