Navy Announces FY'07 Law Education Program:

"Lt. Cmdr. Shane Cooper, of Newport, R.I., was selected for LEP in 1999 and was accepted at Cornell University Law School, graduating in 2003. He is presently assigned as the JAG for Submarine Groups (SUBGRU) 9 and 10, located at Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor, Wash."
