An open letter to Washington State Attorney General Rob McKenna

General McKenna:

Indulge this unorthodox advance of a criminal complaint. Traditional methods are as ignored as exhausted.

Kevin M. "Andy" Anderson forged my name to a supremely important government document.

Anderson is, as well, actively engaged in an ongoing, much larger criminal enterprise.

Significant on many levels not the least of which is that Anderson is currently employed as a Kitsap County deputy prosecuting attorney.

Anderson's self-admission to identity theft (forgery) of my name is found in a witnessed, written statement Anderson made to Port Orchard Police. Other important evidences are public record.

Anderson's criminal escapades are previously reported to your predecessor, Christine Gregoire, and to Kitsap County Sheriff Steve Boyer, and Kitsap County Prosecutor Russell Hauge. Reported as well to Congressman Norm Dicks and many other law enforcement agencies.

I trust you'll act appropriately.
