-- Two counts of violating a lawful general order (UCMJ Article 92),

-- One count of making a false official statement (UCMJ Article 107),

-- One count of conduct unbecoming an officer (UCMJ Article 133) and

-- One count of conduct to the prejudice of good order and discipline (UCMJ Article 134).
