Four Guantanamo Prisoners Ruled 'Enemy Combatants'

Twenty-one of the prisoners at the U.S. Navy Base in Guantanamo Bay have so far received hearings in a process begun two weeks ago, but the results of 17 have not yet been reviewed by a Navy admiral to determine each detainee's status, Navy Secretary Gordon England told reporters.
