U.S. likely to hold Saddam past June 30

Despite demands of Iraq?s interim prime minister, officials say the country?s former dictator probably will not be part of turnover (with combined news services)
"Speaking at the White House, President George W. Bush said Hussein and other senior figures of his Baath Party government will be turned over to Iraqi custody only when "appropriate security" is in place."

JAG Hunter down here... Saddam Hussein is a declared U.S. Prisoner of War. He's going to be tried before an American court-martial (explaining why the bad man is officially an American POW). News reports Hussein was being turned over to the Iraqis for trial on war crimes are now evaporated. Stay tuned as the path is paved, brick by brick, to march Hussein into the court-martial of all courts-martial. Ya heard it here first.
