JAG Hunter down here... Saddam Hussein is a declared U.S. Prisoner of War. He's going to be tried before an American court-martial (explaining why the bad man is officially an American POW). News reports Hussein was being turned over to the Iraqis for trial on war crimes are now evaporated.
