Major Harry Schmidt update...

"Yesterday, the Military Court of Appeals ruled very favorably for Maj. Schmidt. The court's decision was one that allowed Schmidt's attorney, Charles Gittins, to have military clearance. This allows Mr. Gittins to gather information that is separate and secret from the prosecution.

The stay was lifted per agreement. Now the lawyers and the judge will decide next the date for a motions hearing.

This decision was very good news for us, fair and constitutional. Thank goodness.
