Don Guter is an admiral who should be doin' time in prison. No kiddin' folks...one doesn't make this stuff up.

Locked up in a high security cell, every preemptive policy measure protecting a prisoner from taking his own life was triggered. More than that, security cameras were as ubiquitous as uniformed guards. Yet, Gary Shafto died in what army governors describe a suicide.
