'Hit man' tells of death plot

Tech. Sgt. Rodney E. Wells, a recruiter at Lackland AFB, was in military court Wednesday at an Article 32 hearing, the military equivalent of a pretrial hearing and a grand jury investigation...Wells was charged March 12 with solicitation to commit murder, soliciting a civilian to commit prostitution and conspiracy to commit assault."
