"[Cadet Meester's attorney, Frank] Spinner cited evidence Friday that Rosa and Weida had met in Washington, D.C., with Air Force Secretary James Roche and Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. John Jumper on May 16, two days after Meester's Article 32 hearing."
