US Naval Academy Superintendent Resigns After Probe

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Vice Adm. Richard Naughton has resigned as superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy after an investigation determined that he failed to promote good morale at the elite military college, the Navy announced on Wednesday.
