Proof exists for court-martial hearing

Accused in the deaths of two officers during an attack that wounded 14 other 101st Airborne Division soldiers, Akbar saw his weeklong hearing at Fort Knox come to an abrupt end when the judge, Col. Patrick Reinert, recommended the charges should move forward. It took Reinert just more than an hour to make up his mind; he had up to a week if he needed it.
