Conduct unbecoming an officer is outlined in Article 133 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Examples of offenses covered by the article range from knowingly making a false official statement to being drunk and disorderly in a public place to "committing or attempting to commit a crime involving moral turpitude," according to the code.
"One can only speculate as to what Capt. Ford did, because Article 133 is so broad," Johnson said.

(JAG Hunter question and comment: What did Capt. Ford do? Treating officers differently from enlisted personnel when it comes to reporting official misconduct is a form of government censorship -- and unacceptable.)
