U.S. Navy awards Halliburton unit Guantanamo deal

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Navy said Friday it has awarded a $12.5 million contract to build new troop facilities at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba where suspected al Qaeda prisoners are being held and may be tried before military tribunals.
