Army 3-star reassigned

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Lt. Gen. William Wallace, the commander of Army forces in Iraq, has been selected to command the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center at Fort Leavenworth, Kan., the Pentagon said Tuesday.
