"Confession Had His Signature; DNA Did Not"

    "A judge today overturned the murder conviction of a man in Michigan, highlighting a growing concern over false confessions and the coercion of suspects."

So exactly why is it the Navy-Marine Corps refuses to use DNA testing in the case of Marine Kevin Holt?
